A minimum of CLB 7 in all four abilities (speaking, listening, reading, writing) is required to be eligible.
Second official language — do you meet at least CLB/NCLC 5 in all four abilities? *
To earn points for both languages, test results for each must be submitted at the same time, from a designated testing agency (CELPIP or IELTS General Training for English; TEF or TCF for French).

0Years of paid, skilled work experience (NOC skill level 0, A or B) in the last 10 years *
Work experience must be paid (volunteer/unpaid internships do not count), in the same occupation, and cannot have been gained through self-employment or full-time study.
